+Using the website
You may use the website for personal, informational and lawful business purposes. Please do not:
- break the law or other people's rights;
- send spam, malware or false information through our forms;
- try to get into parts of the website or our systems that are not meant for you, or overload them;
- copy large parts of the website automatically (scraping), except for search engines that respect our robots.txt.
We may suspend access for anyone who does any of this, after a warning unless the risk is urgent.
+Our content and intellectual property
The texts, photos, videos, logos, brochures and design of the website belong to Syndesi S.M.P.C. or to their owners who allowed us to use them. They are protected by Greek and EU copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages for personal use or to recommend us, with a link to the source. Any other use needs our written permission.
If you believe something on the website infringes your rights, write to social@theworldcanbeyours.com with the page and the reason, and we will check it promptly and remove it if you are right.
+Information on the website
We keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not personal professional advice. Prices, dates and availability shown are binding only as confirmed in your offer or order confirmation.
+Links to other websites
We link to other websites that we think are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
+Our liability
We are liable under Greek law for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and wherever mandatory consumer law makes us liable. For slight negligence in providing the free website, we are liable only for foreseeable, typical damage. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
+Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when our services, the website or the law change. The new version applies from the date shown at the top and does not apply to contracts already concluded. If a change affects a contract you have with us, we will tell you in advance and you may end the contract if you do not accept it.
+Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, please write to social@theworldcanbeyours.com first. We answer within 14 days.
If we cannot solve it together, consumers can turn to an out-of-court (alternative) dispute resolution body. In Greece this is the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), Alexandras Ave. 144, 114 71 Athens, Greece, tel. +30 210 6460862, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr. Consumers in another EU country can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country. (The former EU online dispute platform closed in 2025.)
+Governing law and courts
These terms and every contract concluded through this website are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country, where those provisions apply under Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) or under the law that applies to you.
The courts of Naxos, Greece, have jurisdiction over any dispute. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live, and you can be sued only there, under Articles 17–19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 or under the law that applies to you.
Nothing in these terms requires arbitration or prevents class or collective actions.
+Language versions
These terms are available in several languages. If the versions differ, the Greek version prevails, except where the law of your country requires its own language version to prevail.
